This bathroom in Ottawa got a complete makeover including new tub, floor / wall tile and vanity. The end wall of the tub was removed to maximize the space while the mixing valve and shower head were moved to the adjacent wall along with the new right hand drain tub. The bench at the end of the tub made room for the heat vent and existing main plumbing stack.

Densheild backboard was used for the walls while the bench received “Kirdi” waterproofing to ensure there will be no water damage for years to come. A curved shower curtain rod was installed to make up for the removal of the end wall.
